The Pedagogical University Experimental Libertador - Core Maturin has a central library room divided into science and humanities room, and there are physical spaces such as the Reference Room, the room booking and the Newspaper.
Currently specializing in foreign language, English mention (UPEL - Core Maturin) has a physical conditioned space where the students of this specialty to develop their reading skills.
Previously it was almost impossible to read within the physical spaces assigned to the teachers to carry out their work. There are experienced constant interruptions due to the entrance of students and others who repeatedly come to the purpose of interviewing or talking to teachers.
Also the rooms and hallways are not so hospitals to develop reading activities by students, consistently; there was an impairment of the potential students every day in relation to the reading of the English language.
Likewise, the central library of the institute concentrates a large number of students in various fields which in no way favored at the concentration of English learners need to develop their abilities as readers.
